Imho they should have put way more effort into the the 3 other faction specific outposts on each side, because they just degrade to 1 tent questhubs. What will happen though is "city" raids, which will be a blast on the many servers where the ration of alliance/horde is way off. The location this time around is even more centered as the one of dalaran or shattrath was, so binding yourself there is kind of a no-brainer and the whole promise of putting your heartstone where you like the view best will probably not happen. Each of these side halls has a way to an inside balcony that kind of represents the inn on one side and probablys the raid gear vendor on the other side, as well as two ways into rooms that are more into the mountain side. If the layout is of interest to you, it comes down to one mail hall in the center with some ugly ass mogu statue (Imho at least the horde version should throw that out, as it seems so not horde to let that ugly thing picturing your enemy majestically watch over the biggest hall) and halls half its size to each side.
